We loved the great location, which made exploring Cape Town so easy. The staff were always pleasant and attentive, ensuring our family felt welcomed. Having breakfast at Therapy was a fantastic way to start our days, offering delicious options near our room.
For dads, it would be great if the rooms had more space for kids.

Couple's retreat with some quirks
The room we had was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable my girlfriend and I slept like babies through the night. Plus the location was phenomenal, with plenty of bars and restaurants just steps away no need to worry about noise since we faced the back.
It wasn’t cheap exactly but I guess you pay for the comfort and the convenience.

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Location
I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay, enjoying a spacious room with a well-equipped kitchenette that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure the noise levels are addressed for a more peaceful night's sleep.

Location offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops, making it convenient for grab-and-go meals. The breakfast provided is delicious and sets a solid start to the day with fresh local ingredients.
Staying in the Standard Double or Twin Room on the street side brought persistent noise from nearby eateries and late patrons, making restful sleep a challenge. Although the air conditioning seemed ineffective at controlling the temperature, resulting in an uncomfortable balance of warmth and chill at different times of the day, I appreciated the overall room's modern aesthetic, which was well-maintained even if it lacked any unique boutique touches.
